Since I am binge reading this series, I am seeing all the intricacies laced throughout all the books woven together and I am impressed by the amount of information the author has to keep straight while writing. This book highlights some of that challenge for the author. 5/5

All of the shifter books are great. I loved this one as it had a good "human" perspective about being turned. Malcolm is so sweet and Greer is perfect for him.
I hope I get to read Lacey and Nick's story soon. Am so glad they finally got rid of the alpha, but they still have to dismantle all his facilities and shady deals. Time to get rid of the coyotes too.
What a great book for the continuation of City Sifters.
The Den books take you on a journey with the bears and there finding their mates as well as the continuing story that started it all with the Lion Pride books 1-7
Wow, Mal had some serious issues. Now he makes more sense. Really sad that his parents made him leave. Glad his sister is okay. His mate is going to be an interesting addition to the group. Can't wait for her to meet the other fae mate. This group is so interesting, I love it. The russian will be a great read! Keep up the great work Layla! I love reading your books! Highly recommend!!!!
I really like how the author mixes up Shifters with the Fae, Gorgons, and now Banshees! Of course this is the story of Malcolm. The bear who was converted and still believes that he has a demon inside his body that needs to be thrown out. He is not looking for trouble but his sister comes to town and is kidnapped. Now he needs the help of police detective Greer O’Brien to help him find her. Only trouble is he's not quite sure she's forgiven him for running away with her when she was unconscious in the hospital.
Loved the series and I read it in one sitting.
